1. Czcionki napisów

Czcionki stylów napisów są osadzone w aplikacji. Wszystkie mają licencję SIL Open Font License 1.1 (OFL). Przycięliśmy je do znaków używanych w napisach (polskie litery, cyfry, interpunkcja), a Caveat i Montserrat — czcionki zmienne — ustawiliśmy na stałą grubość. Informacja o prawach autorskich i licencji jest zapisana także w każdym pliku czcionki.

„Kaushan Script” to nazwa zastrzeżona przez autorów (Reserved Font Name). Dlatego zmieniona przez nas wersja tej czcionki nazywa się „Napisownia Script”. Nie zmieniliśmy informacji o autorach ani licencji.

2. Czcionki strony i interfejsu

• Geist i Geist Mono — Copyright 2024 The Geist Project Authors (github.com/vercel/geist-font), OFL 1.1. Pliki czcionek podajemy z naszego serwera (bez połączeń z Google Fonts).
• Bebas Neue, Caveat i Instrument Serif Italic na stronie głównej — te same czcionki i prawa autorskie co w tabeli wyżej, OFL 1.1.

4. Mediabunny — zapis filmu MP4

Mediabunny 1.56.3, autor: Vanilagy. Licencja: Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0). Biblioteka odczytuje klipy i zapisuje gotowy film. Twoja przeglądarka pobiera ją bez zmian z sieci jsDelivr — to oficjalna paczka npm. Nie zmieniamy jej kodu.

5. GSAP — animacje strony głównej

GSAP 3.15.0 z dodatkiem ScrollTrigger, Copyright 2026 GreenSock (Webflow). Biblioteka porusza intro na stronie głównej w rytm przewijania. Używamy jej na zasadach GSAP Standard License (bezpłatna, także do zastosowań komercyjnych). Pliki podajemy z naszego serwera bez zmian w kodzie — informacja o prawach autorskich jest na początku każdego pliku.

6. Koder dźwięku AAC i FFmpeg

@mediabunny/aac-encoder 1.56.3, autor: Vanilagy, licencja MPL 2.0. Napisownia używa go tylko w przeglądarkach, które same nie potrafią zakodować dźwięku AAC. Pakiet zawiera koder AAC z projektu FFmpeg (biblioteka libavcodec), skompilowany do WebAssembly. FFmpeg ma licencję GNU Lesser General Public License 2.1 lub późniejszą (LGPL).

Nie zmieniamy tego pakietu i nie łączymy go z naszym kodem w jeden plik. Przeglądarka pobiera go osobno, bez zmian, z jsDelivr — można go więc zastąpić inną wersją.

7. Wykrywanie twarzy — OpenCV i tracking.js

Żeby napisy nie zasłaniały twarzy, aplikacja wykrywa ją na twoim urządzeniu naszym własnym kodem. Korzysta przy tym z danych kaskady haarcascade_frontalface_alt z biblioteki OpenCV (autor kaskady: Rainer Lienhart; © 2000 Intel Corporation), w zapisie liczbowym z biblioteki tracking.js (© 2014 Eduardo A. Lundgren Melo). Obie licencje wymagają podania poniższych informacji.

Kod aplikacji i strony, dźwięki efektów (wygenerowane przez nas od zera, bez cudzych nagrań), animacje, style napisów i filmy pokazowe na stronie należą do Usługodawcy. Jak możesz ich używać w swoich filmach, opisuje Regulamin, § 9.

TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Google, Apple Pay, BLIK i Stripe to znaki towarowe ich właścicieli. Używamy tych nazw tylko po to, żeby opisać, do czego służy Napisownia i jak można za nią zapłacić. Napisownia nie jest powiązana z TikTok ani Meta.
